Why We Built This
Anyone who has shopped for electronics in Lagos knows the frustration. Prices change weekly. The same phone can cost ₦50,000 more on one platform than another. Sellers on Jiji name their price based on whatever you look like you can afford.
We built PriceChecker NG to put the power back in the buyer’s hands. Check before you buy. Always.
How We Track Prices
Our system checks prices across all major Nigerian e-commerce stores every week. We record the price, note any changes, and update our posts so the information stays current. We also note when prices go up — not just when they drop.
Our Promise
We do not accept payment to push any store or product higher in our comparisons. The cheapest price is always shown first. If Jiji is cheapest today, Jiji is first. If Jumia drops their price tomorrow, Jumia goes first. No deals, no sponsored placements in our price boxes.
